If you call TS, they are going to either solve the issue, or discover a product problem with your assistance and report the issue to PM.  From there it would be out of their hands.

If you have TS cases where this was not the case PM me the case number and I will look into what happened in that case.

Yeah. ::) The last time I PMed one of you guys on this list, it, too, went completely unanswered. So basically all avenues with D-Link lead to a dead-end. Tech support can't help, this forum can't help, and your corporate offices just take issues and make them disappear. I suppose it is finally time for a small-claims suit for my money back from this router. I will never use D-Link products again. I should have never started.

Most likely unrelated to your problem, but until 2 days ago I ran with auto-updated firmware and if I enabled multicast streams my router started rebooting every 3-6 mins interrupting internet..

Manually applying 112B19 firmware allowed me to turn multicast on without constant reboots.

If you're still experiencing the problem and if you havn't tried that firmware yet it could be worth a try, I guess.

Really wish D-Link would put some effort into customer support, I thought this forum was a great step in the right direction until I read this thread :P
Employees ripping into disgruntled customers doesn't seem very professional, but then again that's just my opinion.
