Unable to map drive

I am unable to map my drive. How can I reset my user name and password? ??? Previous to this I had no problems Thanx JG

Do a factory reset on the DNS-323, it will not erase the data.  You can then configure it to your liking.

PS: RAID of any level is NOT a second copy.
