Change DIR-655 settings affects IPTV on WAN

Hi,
I have a problem with my DIR-655 (A4, 1.21EU - original).
I have TV-IPTV connected via another switch to LAN.
DIR-655 is on his WAN port connected to the same switch.

If I do some change of settings DIR-655 (no restart needed - f.e. reverse assigned IP) on TV will appear audio/video errors.
It is same if I restart DIR-655.

Any ideas? (new FW, change settings)
