Problems repeating DIR-655 and DAP-1353

Hi,

I've got a DIR-655 setup as an AP and a DAP-1355 which I'm trying to setup in repeater mode.
When the 1355 is setup in Repeater mode I can only ping the 1355 from the 655 but no traffic will go from the 1355 to the 655. It's a bit weird I know. They've both got the latest firmware and if I put my G700-AP in repeater mode it works perfectly. I've reset to factory defaults on both devices and still no luck. I've spent hours trying all sorts of different configurations with no luck. Has anyone successfully repeated these two devices?
