Disconnection issues

It seems like every few days, my router will disconnect/restart itself for a few moments. I get the "A network cable has been unplugged" notice, and the lights on the router look like it's restarting.

I also have the flashing triangle light on the router, but can't seem to figure out what it is.

Is there a feature I'm missing that causes the router to do this?
