Config interface problems - Browse Volume popups not found.
« on: November 25, 2009, 01:27:22 PM »

I'm having the weirdest problem all of a sudden with the admin interface. Whenever I'm setting user network access or FTP access and I try to browse to a volume, the popup windows that would normally display the Volume trees (to select a folder or root to access) show as broken links. I patched to 1.07 months ago and it's been fine up until this week and it's driving me nuts as I NEED to remap my drives. I was having mapping problems on Monday so i had turfed the profiles to reconnect with my login from scratch... and now I can't map anything... I can see everything if I connect via FTP with an id with Root access but that's not an option with the Network Access panel... and I don't like exposing my root over FTP

I tried exporting my config and resetting to default but to no avail. It's like the web files are just gone from the system! Same result in Firefox as in IE8.

any ideas??

dg ???

Do you have this problem from any other PC's? What Anti-virus software do you run on the PC?

Check out that when adding users (with specific configurations) to the NAS it creates special folders for each other. See if this is not your case.
