some directories showing up no access

I have a DNS-323 and have had no issues with it until about 2 weeks ago. I put a bunch of music files on the unit. I can't access some of the directories and it's random. I've gone into the main menu and reset the access to full for everyone but that doesn't seem to fix it.

My DNS-323 has two Seagate ST310000333AS 1TB hard drives configured for RAID 1. I'm using about 563GB of space

I access the unit from a Windows 7 workstation.
