All of a sudden, I am seeing file system structure from months ago

Hi

I accidentally turned off my DNS-323 with two 1-TB seagate in RAID-1 configuration. When I turned it on, I see directory structure which existed almost a year ago.. Can anyone explain what happened here and how to get back my latest data. For now, I have turned my DNS-323 off.
