I've got my router setup about a simply as possible, and I've now observed two issues with the time tracking algorithm in 1.33NA.
1) Enabling NTP server usage definitely causes the router to go into an unrecoverable crash state. I reset the router to factory settings, uploaded the 1.33NA release firmware, go to the Time window, set NTP with time.apple.com, hit "Save", and the router is toast until I use the reset button the back of the router.
2) With NTP server usage disabled, time tracking is completely inaccurate. Even though the seconds are ticking off at the expected rate, and time is progressing in some fashion (hours seem to somehow be increasing but not in any consistent way), the device is stuck on the day that I set it to using the "manual" settings.
Also, the device has now gone into an unrecoverable crash state at nearly the same time two days in a row. Only way to regain control is to use the reset device on the button.
Must admit that I used to like this router, but as of late, I've been very disappointed with its ability to function reliably. Strange that it works well in a laboratory environment, and yet there are so many issues in the field. Perhaps better bug tracking code needs to be inserted into the firmware to figure out what is going on.
