DNS-321 crashes after being on for about 15 minutes
« on: February 26, 2010, 07:20:20 PM »

My unit worked great for a few weeks then for a solid 4 days straight, the unit would run fine for about 10-15 minutes then it would freeze up. the network drive became unaccessible from any computer or the easy search utility. The only way to restart it was by unplugging the unit. After the 4 days of grief it started working fine again for a few weeks, and now im back to having issues.
Im running 2 different drives independently of each other. so 2 volumes.

when its locked up, the 3 status lights on the front are solid and the network one does a double flash every 20 seconds or so.

any ideas?

Return it, it's broken.
