Closest one to the left side above the rail (looking into the unit). Only way you can get to it is by voiding your warranty though and popping off the back as far as I remember.

are you referring to JP1 to the right of the RAM chips, below the 10 holes (in the picture)?

the 10 holes is for JTAG, correct?

I will need to check with hardware engineering on the 10 hole. I do not use that for serial interface (I use JP2 with a connector into my RS232 box).

i see... it's actually JP2 (not JP1, the picture resolution wasn't high enough) thanks!

do let us know when you get the reply from your hardware engineering.

Bump, is there any news on this topic. Does anybody knows if the serial port is jp2 or JP4 and the wiring detail of the port ?

My first test on jp4 was inconclusive.
