Dyndns can't refresh IP.s Your dyndns name only sort out your ip
when it changes.

Enable Dynamic DNS: "check"

Server Address:  www.DynDNS.com

Host Name: (your name.dyndns.org)

Username or Key: "name".dyndns.org

Password or Key:   "password"

Verify Password or Key: "password"

Timeout: (hours)

Use https://www.dnsomatic.com/ service and add your dyndns info into it. You can use it to manage a bunch of other services available, too. How to set up dnsomatic on your DIR-655 router http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=7987.0 .
