DIR-825 with DWA-160 speed questions
« on: April 13, 2010, 03:21:52 PM »

I followed Lycan instructions regarding the 300 Mbps connection speeds and immediately jumped from 54Mbps up to 108 steady and quick spikes at 168Mbps. I only applied changes mention in the 5Ghz Band with different SSID than the 2.4Ghz band of course.  I am using a DGL-3420 and WDA-2320 on other PC's that connect fine to 2.4 band, which is set to Mixed N/G but using WEP. I view the dual bands as literally 2 routers in one, is this right or will the settings in 2.4 Band have an affect on 5Ghz Band?

What settings do you use to get 300?
