Easy Search can not detect the DNS-323
« on: May 01, 2010, 09:06:45 PM »

Hi,

Need some assistance here.  I just added another 1TB HD onto the existing DNS-323 (use to be 1 x 500GB, running fine).  After installing the new HD, the system automatically perform the formatting & etc.  However, when I try to log-in to the web-console of the system to perform some configuration, it was failed.

I tried to use the "Easy Search", can not detect the DNS-323 hardware/system, therefore, no way to connect me to the Configuration web-console.  However, then I tried to use Windows "Network", I still able to see the network drive, copy and create new folder.

What may possibly went wrong here?
