AVI Internet Downloads DSM 330

I have several downloaded AVI movies which play very well on Media Player Classic and VLC.
Sound and Vision have perfect sync.

When I open DVIX Connected software the files produce the message "Adjust A/V Sync" and a black screen.

I have tried a AVI repair programme but it found zero file errors.

Any ideas ????
