DIR-625 and VPN issues with Cisco VPN Client

I am having trouble with my laptops VPN. It consistently drops my connection. Here is a sample log.

This is extremely annoying. is there an easy way I can fix this. I'm not an IT Network Pro so any help would be great. Thank you.

I had the same problem, and it took me about 2 years to figure out...you must un-check the "IPSec (VPN)" box on the Firewall settings under the Advance tab to make this work.  It seems counter-intuitive, but it was as simple as this to go from no VPN to reliable VPN access. Good luck!
