Log access to a website using a DIR-655?
« on: July 07, 2010, 12:44:06 PM »

Is there any way to log if a URL/website has been accessed?  It seems that the "Access Control" section would do this, but I don't know how this works nor how to view the logs.

I am wondering the same thing.  I am on 'tech support' with some one in India right now.  They said that the 'log web access' under access control basically does nothing.  Since I was mainly hoping to log web sites that were visited, I am going to return this router.

If you find out anything different, please let me know how you actually log web sites.

Good luck,
Dan

I think enable DNS Relay needs to be ON for the web site logging to work.  You then set a new policy under Access Control.

You view the logs from the Status  > Logs page.
