Cannot open NAT for Xbox 360!

I had an open NAT for about a week, then out of nowhere i try to play a match and it says my NAT is now strict. I have my xbox on a static ip that is outside the DHCP range. I have forwarded ports 88, 80, and 3074. I have my TCP and UDP set on independent. The xbox is also set to a DMZ. I have enabled multi-cast streaming. I have also turned off firewall on my speedtouch modem as well as forwarded ports on the modem. Nothing i do seems to open my NAT. Any help would be appreciated.
