Just a guess ;) I'm struggling to think of any other sensitive content that can be downloaded over BT...

I don't want anyone seeing my latest Linux download, Microsoft might kick me out of the MVP program for leaving the fold!  ;D

Ah of course, that'll be it.

Ha ha you guys are funny! Irrespective of what content is being downloaded, its about keeping one's files to oneself.

Shouldn't BT folders also have the same share restriction options as the other shares. Hopefully Dlink will issue a fix for this oversight!

Sorry, we were just having some fun at your expense. :)

I don't use BT on the box, but AFAIK, I don't see why the folder permissions shouldn't be the same.  Perhaps they feel it's a "special" folder.

I hope someone from the Dlink engineering team gets the point and issues a fix in their next release ( if there's one)

There's a whole list of things to fix in the next release in the forum. :D

If the share mode changed in 1.08 so that even shares accessible to "All Accounts" need a login, it seems strage that the rule doesn't apply to that folder.

If I had BT running, I'd check it. :)
