I almost wonder if this was done on purpose. Its Win/Win for Kmart and Activision, as long as the supply released before Activision makes them pull it is limited. Creates a demand wave right before release, and Kmart gets a bunch of people going into their stores looking for the game.

I would be pissed if my 360 was banned for playing a game before the release date!  They need to go after K-Mart, not the players (Which I'm sure they are).

(Game is per-ordered and will wait to pick it up on Tuesday after work.)

No MS/activision will not ban your 360 or even GT.  They already tweeted about it, if you obtain a legal copy of MW3 early, at most they might reset your stats on release date and that's it.
Yeah my copy is coming from Amazon, hopefully I will get it some what early this time, last year I did not get Black ops until 7:00PM!!!

was wondering why you say MW2.5? Ya I love MW2. I sold BO and BF3 to my buddy yesterday.

I didn't say 2.5, the early reviews did like the guy in the vid, I was just repeating what he said.  I will be on playing MW3 next week so you should see me on, If I am not in already in a full party we can kill some newbs together, oh wait I will be newb too, lol.

Right now I am playing BF3 campaign on hard and I think playing BF3 on hard was a mistake.  Keep dying too much and the game is no fun.  I think I might try it on normal this weekend and beat it before MW3 comes out!

I hear ya...I liked the graphics of BF3, however think that the menus and operation is way to complicated. I didn't like trying to get into squads on a team an then have the server not place us all together. The maps were kewl but some were way too big for what we were playing. Looks like MW3 is going to be good man. I'll be probably playing ODST or MW2 this weekend.
