You mentioned removing the "beta" from "D-Link Forum Beta". Was this a "beta" version of the forum or was the name selected because "beta code" is linked off the forum? I always assumed the latter.

I think regardless of the term used, seems kind of mis-leading. My thinking was that the forum was new at the time thus a reason they might have use the term for it. I think the forum is fairly new, like 2006-7?

Good management would entail appointing regular, trusted forum users like you guys.  It's not difficult.  I don't see why they don't step up to the plate.

I ran or was forum staff to several different boards.

I still run a scooter board on Yahoo (let the laughter ensue!)

I bought another router....DIR-601 and am configuring it.  Not a bad little refurb.  With shipping, about $21.00.

It has no Gamefuel of course but does have QoS.  Any suggestions on configuration?  Anything else I need to do for XBL and PSN?
