Wireless G adapter cannot find network
« on: August 19, 2010, 06:44:28 AM »

I recently bought a DIR 615 connected to my main PC. I have a Linksys wireless G adapter on a second PC  and when I view Available networks on that machine, the DIR 615 network does not show even though I can see neighbors' networks.

My laptop does connect wirelessly to the DIR 615 okay.

Is there something I can do so I can make my wireless adapter find my network?

What firmware do you have?  It sounds like my problem.  If you have the 3.11NA then maybe you have the same problem I do.

I solved mine by changing the 802.11 mode from g,n,b to g,n.  See my post:
