Speeds slows down

First the first 2 months, when i just bought my new Dir-655, i was able to use Jdownloader, be online through my xbox, search the web and my fiance use her laptop and there was no lost of speed. Now for some reason for the past 1 month, if now i am using Jdownloader, to download softwares or whatever, i cant even search the net because it wont share my net any longer. My fiance laptop will have difficulties connecting to the net. I just dont see what could have damage the router. I updated to the lastest firmware but still the same issue. Can anyone help me?
