Looking from Device Manager, the driver is from Atheros Communications, dated 2008/06/06 and the version is 3.1.0.76. The installation package is named with another date, though. It is called "20081111-DWA-160-S0029-EU(A+B).zip". On the Finnish website behind the link the timestamp is actually 2009/02/13 but this is the installation file I have been using.

I am using the D-Link utility to connect and I have disabled my on-board wireless network adapter in Vista's Device Manager.

You may try the latest driver first:

New driver and Utility.
So far no problems with Vista and Win7 here.
