109.169.63.173 is the server I currently run. I'm willing to bet yours works perfectly right off the bat lol. I got a DIR-855 running the 1.12EU firmware and its having the same issue as well, but I just recently bought this router.

Edit: I also know its not OS related, I just did a fresh install of Win7
