DWA-160 disconnecting constantly

I have Version A2.  I was unfortunate in recieving this version before I knew about the B version.  I installed the drivers and I had an issue with the adapter disconnecting and re-connectiong about every 1 to 2 minutes.  I updated the drivers to the most recent driver put out for the A2 revision and now the device is acting like I am plugging it in and unplugging it every few seconds.  Are there any tips for me to resolve this?  I am running Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit.
