Can't get DCS 2121 IP-camera ftp to work

I can't get the ftp-upload to work on my DCS 2121 camera. I have tried every concievable combination of the settings but to no avail. Whatever I do the ftp-test returns "Test FTP failure".
I have no trouble logging in with another computer on my ftp-server (debian, vsftpd).
My user is kamera and I want to upload to /home/kamera/bild. All the permissions are ok.
One set of settings I have tried can be seen below.
Can anyone help me please.
