Try reinstall BT application from Easy Search Utility 4.4.0.0.

Same thing here. upgraded to 1.06 and reinstall BT utility via easy search utility and i cannot delete folders under BT/Complete. I'll try to downgrade and access this tool

I suggest you use the web file system login.

http://YourDNS323Name/web/wfs_login.asp

Logon as an admin and you can delete directories.

Hello,

Finally decided to downgrade to 1.05 and was able to delete files and folders now under BT/Complete. Also use the link posted by sjnv and loved it. Thanks all!. very good community we have here
