10 Digit Hex Key

Don't know if I can ask for support here but been searching for hours and not really any closer to a solution.
But my question as is:

Is it possible to connect to a AP when I only have the 10 digit hex key?
Or is there some way of converting the key to ASCII?
I'm not been able to do so with a converter.
