And your updating the router via it's web page right under Tools/System?

I would ask your ISP about this and also inquire about the flood ping attacks, this could be an issue on there end too.

Try setting Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP under Advanced/Firewall. Later on after you contact your ISP.

The router is doing it's job by detecting and blocking and it's reporting what it finds, however if all that keeps coming at you, it could be a source of interference to the router.

Yes im doing as it says on the sticky trade, I saved my old. Then i did factory reset.
Then i tryed to upgrade it under tools/system firmware and the upgrade section where u open a file.

I thought u got flooded with pings all the time ( as u can tell i really am crap when it comes to router and ips and stuff ) Because my log is filled with it. Like one flood attack each 5 seconds. from Wan ip adress.

I would contact your local Dlink support office about updating FW for your particular model.

You should get flood pings ALL the time, maybe some. If your logs are showing a lot, then theres a problem. I would contact your ISP and ask them for help on this.

I just got in contact whit an old friend that is extremly good when it comes to stuff like this ( He works with it)
And he said that it is the router, its just to old and it cant handle it.
So i guess i just have to live with it, because if he cant fix it i dont think anyone can.
So yea it is an old router and guess its time to get a new one :P
Thanks anyway.
