No FTP

I cant FTP. It has to be my DIR-615. Internet access and email is fine. I talked to my ISP (comcast) and everything is good up to my router. I use FireFTP. I also try just typing ftp://IP address in the address window. When I try it times out. When I bypass my DIR-615 (modem direct to computer) I can FTP with no problem. Shut down computer, unplug power from modem and router. Wire the modem to router to computer. No other computers connected. Turn on Modem, wait 30 sec, turn on DIR-615, wait 30sec, turn on computer, try to FTP and it times out. I did a reset to factory settings and also updated with current firmware. Still no FTP.

I can Ping my IP address and get positive results every time.

I have not changed any settings or firmware previous to this not working.

Windows 7
Mozilla Firefox 3.6.16
Fire FTP 1.0.10
Modem = Motorola SB5101
IPS = Comcast
DIR-615 firmware version 5.01NA

QoS enabled?
Primary and 2ndary DNS IP addresses filled in under Setup/Internet/Manual?
DNS Relay enabled?
Try setting SPI firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP?

I think you have to forward Port 21 yes? And a factory reset would clear that out if previously configured.
