DNS-323 or IOMega ix2-200 ?
« on: June 16, 2011, 04:19:15 PM »

The ix2 is on a dell deal for $189.00 for one day. From what I've read it's a decent NAS. Any opinions on this from anyone?
Thanks in advance.

Since you are posting in the DLink forum, I'd say people will likely favor the DNS323. Personbally I have 3 now and paid only $109 for the last one on sale.

I have a DNS-323 as well. It's an okay NAS, but it is lacking on features, and network throughput.

I have asked for opinions on other brands here in the past and had some good replies. It seems a lot of us have multiple units.
