Blink light 5 times and not connected

Hi guys,

Today arrive the "new" 1248T from DLINK but I have a little big problem.

I reset it and runs only 10 seconds. After that the CPU light is blinking 5 times and stopped. Two or three seconds more later blink again 5 times and stop it.

This "new" 1248T is a changed one by warranty.

It is impossible to use it. Somebody have the same problem? Or can you give me a solution?
