I don't think this is a problem accept maybe that your PC hw doesn't support any higher connections while using this wireless mode. Attaining higher connection speeds means that your PC hardware must support the modes and frequencies that some routers have. Like to attain 300Mpbs connections on wireless, the router and PC hw must support single mode N, 5Ghz and Security of AES only.
It's possible that your attaining the 130Mbs connection speed based on the PC hw you currently have in which the router and pc are working as designed. When using Mixed mode G and N at 2.4 Ghz, this will be the maximum Speed you'll see.
You must understand that the connection speeds differ from actual file xsfer speeds in which you will not see the same speeds as the wireless signal and technology is effected in many ways that prohibit seeing the same xfer speeds as connections. At most, you should see upwards from 5Mbs-to maybe upwards 15Mbs file xfers depending on where your getting the xfers from, either on the same in house network or externally from a web site. Many factors here. Any other WiFi routers in the near by area? Any cordless house phones?
