Hey friends,  

I've been getting these modem errors (UBEE U10C035)

I contacted Charter Communications and they said it was my router, but I get these errors no matter which router I have connected.

Any suggestions on what I should look for?  It's the same MAC address each time as well, I just omitted the address on this public site.

Those errors shouldn't be causing a problem. The only one of minor concern is:

But did it actually cause any problems on your end? If so, I wouldn't worry about it. Modem logs are like routers logs, theres alot of useless information that can scare you. Only worry about Critical (3) errors. And sometimes even some of those are no big deal. Instead of randomly looking at the logs, try to get a time when you experiences a issue and look in the logs for something to explain it. Otherwise your all set. :-)

Thanks Harry!  You're exactly right.  I haven't noticed any problems on my end but I didn't know if it was something that needed to be addressed.

Our internet has been great.  I used that namebench program to find the best servers and I haven't lost connection yet.

You should only used Name bench if you want faster page load's1 or if you were having issues with your previous DNS provider (usually your ISP or a third party) But none the less its a good program indeed
