there are two .sys files in the \windows\system32\drivers that are probably not removed automatically. After deinstalling, remove them manually.

Essentially this is a Windows issue. So it's hard to solve since there is nothing to change about Shareport and the router works OK. A clean install fixes it all the times...

thanks for your help i just wish to update you that in my case it did not solve and the most funny thing is that i have at home 2 more desktops and 1 more laptop and they are all ok only mine does not but as i am the admin at home i cant work with out it so i left it
