A bit more information would be good if you can provide...What are you port forwarding? Application and how are you inputing into the router?

What HW version is your router?
What FW version is currently loaded?

What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem do you have? Stand Alone or built in router?
What ISP Modem make and model do you have?

Ensure DNS IP addresses are being filled in under Setup/Internet/Manual?
Turn off QoS options.
Turn off Advanced DNS Services if you have this option.
Turn on DNS Relay under Setup/Networking.
Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices on the router.
Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.
Set Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP.

Wired or Wireless connection?
What wireless modes are you using?
Try single mode G or mixed G and N?
What security mode are you using? WEP, WPA or WPA2? Preferred is WPA2. Auto TPIK and AES.
What wireless devices do you have connected?
Any cordless house phones?
Any other WiFi routers in the area?

Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing.
Turn off all devices accept for one wired PC while testing.

You mean you have a static IP from your ISP?
DNS relay was already turned on
Could not find advanced DNS options, may not be in the router settingsDNS options are unser Setup/Internet/Manual. Primary and 2ndary should be filled in, if they aren't, copy and paste them from the Status/Device Info/Wan section.

Ok, it shouldn't matter if the router is set up for DHCP Internet Connection or Static. You should try and set it up for static and see.

Have you tried using just one rule and put the port numbers in a string sequence like this? 80, 7171, 7172?
I would also try using Virtual Server and see if that might help. If you do, disable the port forward rules temporarily.

Possible that you might want to update FW however you should have to. This should work with out doing that.

What are your current firewall settings set for?
Try Independent for both TCP and UDP.

Try setting up Application Rules.

This is a pc game called Tibia, the game itself works but i open my own server to allow players to play my version of that game so i need to port forward 7171 for me to enter, and 7172 for the public to enter
