Erm no   ;D

I'm lucky enough to have something called a JOB ( thing that nolife or jobless doesn't have)  ;D

I doesn't need my NAS online 24/24 but just a 2 or 3 hours every days, I need a good sleep before doing some work again, on my planet it's called real life  ;D

Good question. This Wishlist was initiated immediately following the release of firmware v1.02b03, which was subsequently removed from circulation. This wishlist and listed fixes are predicated on the now-unavailable firmware v1.02b03. Rather than re-tooling the list, I'm keeping things going as-is with the expectation that firmware v.1.02b03 or later will soon follow.

Many users purchased their DNS-325 for home business or formal work environments, necessitating a 24/7 NAS uptime.

Being able to choose where to install the applications
To change the name of the volumes, or to exchange the names without having to change their lot.

Being able to choose where to install the applications

What applications? Please explain. ???

To change the name of the volumes, or to exchange the names without having to change their lot.

Do you mean changing "Volume_1" to "New_Name"? And if the HDDs are moved around, you want "Volume_1" to stay as "Volume_1" rather than change names to "Volume_2"?

For applications that can be installed for now. For example PhotoCenter volumen_2 installed on his face. without me decide.

indeed able to change lot and continue to carry the same name.

Both items are added. BTW part of your request was already on the list:

  • General - Ability to rename NAS root volume names (i.e. rather than Volume_1)
