Thanks! Saved the config file. I have the WiFi Analyzer app on my android and it's showing 7 different networks, all with weak signals, but all crowding channels 4-7. For now, channel 1 is all mine! :-D

Ya thats the norm for these routers. even though weak singals shouldn't bother, sometimes they can. Just set for manual something other than what is being used.
