moocher - I have the same issue with my DIR-655. In fact i went so far to get DLINK to RMA mine, only to have the EXACT same issue with the replacement. The odds of this being faulty hardware twice seems low, but I suppose not out of the question. I am also running 1.21 and have flashed, reflashed and reset to factory defaults until my fingers were raw with out stopping restarts.

thecreator - thanks for the suggestion I am now experimenting with changing the channels. I suppose the best thing to do is start at channel 1 and start working my way up to 11 until the wireless restarts stop?

lotacus - what specific settings are you referring to? Transmission Rate or Channel Width?

moocher -- I am also getting the P.I.T.A problem with my DIR-615(B2) router.  It works correctly when the wireless network is disable and I only use the Ethernet LAN connected devices.  The router's environment area is "clean" and I have locked to the 2.4Ghz channel 11.  I have since replaced the router and moved it to a different building.  It is still not reliable when the wireless is enabled.  RMA request in process.

Get the 1.22 beta firmware. If the issue persists we can solve it, but 1.21 is too unstable to put in a lot of effort.

Can someone post a link to the 1.22 beta? I am not seeing it on the DLINK site.
