What firmware version are you using?

And, you need to be more specific than "its not working!!!!"...

Next post should have the information, or we cannot help you.

I think I am having the same problem. I am using the 1.15FW and well I have downloaded the 1.00 Shareport Manual first. What is this D-Link Network USB Utility CD that is talks about? I downloaded the 1.14 Shareport Utility and well all I get is a red shareport icon. If I right click the icon it does not recognized the router.

Could be a firewall blocking.

I had the same problem.  Check to see if you have any Windows OneCare programs installed.  I had 2.  After I uninstalled them, rebooted, everything worked fine.  Make sure you install the printer locally before installing shareport.  See http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecarefirewall/thread/5c584426-1fd2-4fe3-a7e1-7917ea1f3d92/ for more details.
