Hi there I've not seen anyone post that they're using a solid state drive, so I'd like to know if it's possible to have standard 1 TB sata and a SSD for raid 1.

Follow-up:

I previously noted that the WD30EZRX 3.0TB worked flawless for me in Standard mode, I have added a second and upgraded to Raid 1 with zero data loss, and still reporting the same amount of storage.

I haven an issue with the

Western Digita; WD Caviar ®Green; WD30EZRX; SATA 6G; 3 TB; sector 4K bytes.

When I run them in standard the capacity turns out only 768GB. Funny though before format the HDD showes  3000GB capacity in the HDD list. Any suggestion?

The factory installed firmware does not support 3TB HDDs. Formatting a 3TB HDD using the factory default firmware will result in a volume substantially smaller than 3TB.  Upgrade the DNS-320 firmware and reformat the HDDs.

WD WD10EACS-00D6B1 3.5" and TOSHIBA MK5065GSX, both work right.

Two Samsung HD204UI (2TB, 5400RPM, 32MB, SATA II, 4K sectors) working fine for over a year. Now running 2.03 without problem.
