WiFi connected but connection times out

Just over the past 2 days my wireless card has started malfunctioning pretty bad.
It says I'm connected to the internet but when I open the browser it hangs there and times out.  I have tried new and old D-Link drivers and generic (modded and unmodded) Atheros drivers and my connection still does not work.
This card is around 2 years old now
Its seeming like the card is dying but I was wondering if anyone has any "miracle" tips
I'm sure its not a Virus/Spyware/Malware,  I've even tried a system restore (knowing it was going to do jack but...)
