fun_plug+twonkey or built in server???
« on: August 09, 2012, 03:47:44 PM »

After getting all my media onto my single HD in the dns-320 I would like to know if installing fun_plug and twonkey would be faster (with less jumping) than using the built in upnp media server?

To be perfectly honest I was GOBSMACKED when my Panasonic TV found the upnp server to start with :-)

Keep seeing posts about fun_plug but just want a simple answer... yes or no. :-)

Thanks

But still no transcoding server, so YMMV solely depending on the capabilities of your media renderer.
