Port Forwarding

Hello, I'm trying to port forward the following ports:
81, 82

but when I check here http://www.canyouseeme.org/ it shows:
Quote
Error: I could not see your service on 187.162.169.126 on port (81)
Reason: Connection refused

And I dont know what to do

Edit:
I've put the ports in Port Forwarding section. here:

And it shows: "conecction refused"
then put down the ports con Virtual Server

Same happens "Conecction refused"

Im pretty sure thats mi LAN IP:

What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.
What region are you located?
Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?

What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem do you have? Stand Alone or built in router?
What ISP Modem make and model do you have?
If this modem has a built in router, it's best to bridge the modem. Having 2 routers on the same line can cause connection problems.
Double NAT
To tell if the modem is bridged or not, look at the routers web page, Status/Device Info/Wan Section, if there is a 192.168.0.# address in the WAN IP address field, then the modem is not bridged.
If the modem can't be bridged then see if the modem has a DMZ option and input the IP address the router gets from the modem and put that into the modems DMZ.

Some things to try: - Log into the routers web page at 192.168.0.1.
Turn off ALL QoS or Disable Traffic Shaping (DIR only) GameFuel (DGL only and if ON.) options. Advanced/QoS or Gamefuel.
Turn off Advanced DNS Services if you have this option under Setup/Internet/Manual.
Turn on DNS Relay under Setup/Networking.
Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices ON the router. Setup/Networking
Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.
Set Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP under Advanced/Firewall.
Enable uPnP and Multi-cast Streaming under Advanced/Networking.


Also in order to get a positive open result on port scans, you have to be actively using them when your testing them.

My Hardware version is: DIR-655B1
Firmware: 2.02 AX
Region: (?) Mexico?
Wired
Cable or DLS: DSL (Optic fiber)
ISP Modem: I don’t understand this question, but I have a Zhone modem that its bridged to my DIR-655(Basically it only transform the optic fiber to "internet")
As I said: its bridged


Things to try

I would contact your ISP and make sure the Modem is bridged correctly and also ask to see if port 80 and 81 is needing any port forwarding. Usually port 80 and 81 are not needing any forwarding. I might try Virtual Server as well if you need to and see if this helps.

I already contact them and they cant do s***, then I ask them to bridge it. Maybe the router is broken or something
I enable DMZ, and now all the ports get "Connection refused" when usually ports not forwarded show: "connection time out" when tested

Is there a particular application your needing this port forwarding?
I believe this is a user configuration issue or a ISP issue.

Well if your ISP modem is fully bridged and the 655 is handling the PPPoE connection and you have set up the PF or Virtual Server settings correctly and your not using any 3rd party firewalls, it should work.

I would phone your local regional DLink support office and ask for additional help on this.
