Help!!! Problem with my Win7 machine

Somebody please help me.  I'm using firmware version 2.03b1.  No problem reading and writing with all of my XP machines.  The only problem is with my Win7 machine.  It can copy files to the 320 without any problem.  But when copying files (> 5MB) from 320 to Win7, it would not copy. 

When checks the log, it contains lots of these.

Sep 9 10:59:28 CIFS: [192.168.22.115] closed the connection to service [Volume_1].
Sep 9 10:59:29 CIFS: [192.168.22.115] connected to [Volume_1] as user [......].

Any ides????
