Can't use the DNS320 as the download location for my torrents
« on: October 26, 2012, 04:28:42 PM »

I am trying to download stuff using uTorrent and I set the download location to somewhere on the DNS320. Every time the torrent will complete like normally, but when I try to go access the file, it will be corrupted. I then do a "Force Recheck" of the file, and the file will be missing a lot of pieces. So I try to download again, and after downloading, it is still corrupted. Trying to download again this time yields all the pieces that I just downloaded, but all the other pieces gone. So once again the file is courrupt.

I am using the newest firmware. 2.03

When I was on firmware 2.00, I also had a similar issue where the torrent files would become 0KB.

Anyone have a solution to this?

I tested out the same thing on my end and didn't encounter any problem. Below is my setup for the test:

NAS firmware 2.03 (aka 2.03b03)
uTorrent 3.2.1
Download file: ubuntu-12.10-desktop-i386.iso
