There are probably different ways to do it, one way is an app that can access network shares such as
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/filebrowser-access-files-on/id364738545?mt=8

Not sure if they are any free ones for IPAD/Iphones, probably not since it is Apple.
Plenty free ones for Android. I love ES File Explorer

There are actually, by D-Link.
Unfortunately nothing for 320 as I understand: https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/d-link-corporation/id372571232
I've used the mydlink Cloud app with my DNS-325 but as the name implies, this also requires myCloud support on the NAS side which is non-existing for DNS-320.

priitv8 is correct, the DNS-320 is not a myDlink Cloud supported device.  Presently, only the DNS-320L, DNS-325, and DNS-345 support myDlink Cloud functionality.
