IE10 & Win7 WebUI Problem
« on: December 04, 2012, 10:42:55 AM »

I have new DNS320 with 2 x 1TB volumes set up on a wireless home network but have problems accessing the admin account on the WebUI on 3 laptops with Win7 and IE10.

Access is OK (IP 192.168.1.74) with laptops using Linux Xfce + Firefox 17, Win XP SP3 + IE8, and Win7 SP1 with IE9.

But with Win7 SP1 + IE10 on 3 laptops entering the IP address brings up the login screen. The password is accepted OK and the Home screen displays with NO data and the links do not work. (Log-off is the only link that will then work).

Firmware was initially 2.0, updated to 2.03 with no change to this situation.

Can others confirm that this problem exists?

Does anyone have a solution?

Hi,

I was experiecing the same problem using Win8 Pro x64 and IE 10. Installed Google Chrome and everything is working flawlessly.

Seems the problem is in IE 10.

Why did I not think of this before, doh?

Compatibility View sorts out the problem.
