Enable VPN/IpSec access on router
« on: January 07, 2013, 11:37:41 PM »

I am not able to connect to the office using VPN/IpSec. The problem seems to be the router (2750U). I had another one from TP-Link and everything worked fine.

VPN using  PPTP also works fine.

Trying to find where to enable this, but no luck. Any suggestions how to get this up and running? Using Avaya VPN Client (known as Nortel in the past).

Thanks

I recommend phone contacting your regional local DLink support office and ask for level 2 or higher. There maybe a specific configuration on the modem to get VPN/IPsec working on it. On DIR series routers, VPN is just passed thru so there is not much configuration needed.

Let us know how it goes.
